Privacy Policy
This policy applies to every app we publish, listed below.
Effective October 16, 2026
This is a single privacy policy covering every app published by Best Apps Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). In short: our apps have no accounts and no backend servers storing your data. Most of our apps also include no advertising or analytics SDK of any kind; where a specific app does include one, that is called out explicitly, app by app, in the sections below (see in particular Section 5). This document explains exactly what device permissions individual apps use, what you're responsible for as a user, and how we limit our own liability — please read it in full before using any of our apps.

1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal data ourselves. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no profiles of any kind tied to you or your device, across any app in our lineup, and we have no backend server that any of our apps talk to. Most of our apps include no third-party SDK of any kind. A specific app may include a third-party advertising/analytics SDK to measure how well our own ad campaigns are working — this is always disclosed per app in Section 5 below, including exactly what that SDK collects.
2. App-specific device permissions
Some apps request specific device permissions (like the microphone or camera) to power a feature you choose to use. Each app only requests what it actually needs, asks for it through the standard iOS permission prompt, and nothing captured through it is ever transmitted off your device. Details per app:
Speaker Cleaner — Microphone: used only when you choose to run the microphone check in the Test tab. The recording is processed and played back entirely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere, including to us. Closing the app or leaving the Test tab clears it from memory.
You can review or revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings app. If you deny or revoke a permission, the specific feature that depends on it simply won't work — the rest of the app is unaffected.
3. Information stored on your device
A small amount of app-preference data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS app storage, so an app can remember your settings between sessions. This data is never sent to us or to any third party. Details per app:
Speaker Cleaner — stored locally only: your chosen theme, your chosen cleaning duration, whether you've turned on the weekly cleaning reminder, whether you've completed onboarding, your current subscription plan status (see our Terms of Use for how whichever plan is currently offered works), and a short history of past cleaning sessions (just the date and which cleaning pattern was used, nothing else). None of this is sent to us or to anyone else.
This data is included in your device's own backups (e.g. iCloud or Finder/iTunes backups) the same way any other app's local data is, subject to your own backup settings — we have no access to those backups and no involvement in how your device backs itself up.
4. Notifications
If an app offers an optional reminder notification, it is scheduled locally on your device through Apple's notification system. We do not receive any record of whether you enabled it, dismissed it, or acted on it. You can disable notifications for any of our apps at any time from your device's Settings app or from within the app itself, where that option is offered.
5. Tracking and advertising
Our apps do not show ads to you. Most of our apps also include no advertising or analytics SDK of any kind, do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and do not use cookies, device fingerprinting, or any comparable tracking technique — for those apps, there is nothing for a browser or OS-level “Do Not Track” or App Tracking Transparency signal to turn off, because it's already off by design.
Speaker Cleaner — includes the TikTok Business SDK, used solely to measure the effectiveness of our own ad campaigns for this app (i.e. to see whether someone who saw or tapped one of our ads went on to install and use the app). On first launch, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you allow tracking, the SDK collects your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and reports a small number of app events (app launches, and finishing onboarding) to TikTok for this measurement purpose. If you decline, no advertising identifier is collected and no data is sent to TikTok. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. This data is not used to show you ads inside the app (we don't show ads), and is not combined with any account or profile we hold, since we hold none.
6. Data sharing and third parties
We do not collect personal data ourselves, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. Beyond Apple's own App Store and operating-system infrastructure (governed by Apple's own privacy terms, not ours), most of our apps use no third-party service that receives any data at all. The one exception, described in full in Section 5, is Speaker Cleaner's use of the TikTok Business SDK for ad-measurement purposes, which is the only case where device data (an advertising identifier and basic app-usage events) is shared with a third party.
7. Apple's own data practices
Installing and running our apps through the App Store also involves Apple itself — for things like purchase history (for our free apps, simply the install record), device diagnostics, and any permissions you grant at the OS level. That data relationship is between you and Apple, governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not this one. We have no visibility into, and no access to, whatever Apple collects at the platform level.
8. Subscriptions and payment information
Some of our apps offer one or more auto-renewable subscription plans of varying durations (for example weekly or multi-month), with or without a free trial, and a given app may change which plans it offers, their duration, their price, or whether a free tier or trial is available, at any time (see each app's own Terms of Use for the billing details of whichever plans are currently active, and that app's own purchase screen for the authoritative, up-to-date list). All payment processing for any subscription plan, of any duration, is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see, receive, transmit or store your credit card number or full payment details under any circumstances, regardless of which plan you choose.
Where an app has an active subscription, we (or a payment/subscription platform acting on our behalf) may receive limited, non-financial account status from Apple — such as whether a subscription is currently active, which plan it is, and its renewal date — solely to unlock the features you've paid for inside that app. This status information is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond confirming your access to the app's paid features.
Speaker Cleaner — offers one or more paid Subscription plans; which plans are currently available, their duration and price, and whether any of them includes a free trial, is always shown on the app's own paywall and purchase screen, which governs over any general description here. Regardless of which plan is active, the data described above is the only subscription-related information we (or a subscription platform acting on our behalf) receive. If the data involved in any future plan changes, this section will be updated and the change reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
9. Your responsibility for your own data
Because everything our apps handle stays on your own device, you are solely responsible for the content, recordings, settings and any other data you create, edit or delete within them. If you delete a recording, reset a setting, uninstall an app, or otherwise remove data yourself, that action is yours alone — we have no copy of it, no way to recover it for you, and no liability for that loss. We strongly recommend keeping your own device backups if any local data matters to you.
10. Security
We rely on the security of Apple's iOS platform and its standard app sandboxing to keep locally stored app data isolated from other apps. We do not operate servers that store your personal data, which removes an entire category of server-side breach risk — but we cannot guarantee the security of your own device, your device passcode, your iCloud account, or any backup you choose to make. Keeping those secure is your responsibility.
11. Children's privacy
Our apps are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Since we do not collect personal data from any user, we equally do not collect it from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will look into it — though as explained above, we do not expect any such data to exist on our end in the first place.
12. Your rights
Because we don't collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data of yours for us to access, export or delete on request — any preferences saved on your device can be cleared at any time by deleting the app, or by using that app's own reset options where available. If your local laws (such as GDPR in the EU/EEA/UK, or CCPA/CPRA in California) grant you additional rights over personal data, those rights apply to data a company actually holds about you; as we hold none, there is nothing on our systems for such a request to act on. You're welcome to contact us regardless if you have any concern.
13. International users
Since no personal data is collected, stored or transferred by us, this policy applies the same way regardless of which country or region you use our apps from, and no cross-border data transfer by us takes place.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, loss of use, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our apps or this policy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date above. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of any of our apps after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
