Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any app published by Best Apps Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of any app published by Best Apps Agency. Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store, so your use of them is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) . Where these terms don't say something specific, that agreement applies. In case of a direct conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA regarding the licensing of the app itself, Apple's EULA controls; in all other respects, these terms apply.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a binding contract with us to use our apps, and you must comply with any age requirement shown on the app's App Store listing (typically 4+, meaning the app itself has no age restriction, though the App Store's own account rules may still apply). If you are using an app on behalf of a minor, you take responsibility for their use of it.
3. License to use our apps
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control, for the purpose described in that app's own listing. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the app itself.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some of our apps offer one or more auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock some or all of their features (each, a “Subscription”); depending on the app, this may be alongside a free tier with its own set of features, or a Subscription (optionally preceded by a free trial) may be required to use the app at all. Where an app offers one or more Subscriptions, the following applies to each of them:
- An app may offer several Subscription options side by side — for example a weekly plan and a monthly plan — with their own duration, price and any introductory offer. The exact plans available, their duration and their current price are always shown in the app's own purchase screen before you buy, and that in-app screen is the authoritative source for current pricing, not this page.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never receive or store your payment card details — Apple handles all billing.
- A Subscription automatically renews for the same duration you selected (e.g. weekly or monthly) at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Any free trial or introductory offer converts automatically into a paid Subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. Simply deleting the app does not cancel a Subscription or stop it from renewing.
- Switching between plans (for example from a weekly to a monthly Subscription, or the other way around) is done through your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and any change in price or duration takes effect according to Apple's own subscription-change rules.
- We may change Subscription pricing for future billing periods. Where required by law or by Apple's own policies, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Refunds are issued and handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own refund policies — we do not have the ability to directly issue a refund for an App Store purchase ourselves; refund requests should go through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support.
Speaker Cleaner — offers one or more paid Subscription plans (such as a weekly or multi-month plan, optionally with a free trial); which plans are currently active, their price and duration, whether any includes a free trial, and whether any feature is free or requires a Subscription, is always shown on the app's own paywall and purchase screen before you buy, and that in-app screen governs over any general description on this page.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use our apps, including any settings you change, any recordings or content you create within them, and any data you choose to delete. Because our apps store data only locally on your device, once you delete something — a recording, a preference, the app itself — it is gone, and that outcome is entirely on you, not us. We recommend keeping your own backups of anything that matters to you. You are also responsible for keeping your device, passcode and any account you use to manage it (such as your Apple ID) secure.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app we publish, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it;
- redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense any app or any part of it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice included in an app;
- use an app in any way that violates applicable law, or that could damage, disable or impair its operation;
- use an app to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
7. Intellectual property
Our apps, including their design, code, graphics and content (excluding anything you create within them, like a recording you make), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
8. Feedback
If you send us feedback, feature ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation to credit or compensate you, and without any duty of confidentiality on our part.
9. "As is" basis, no warranty
Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any specific result (such as fully clearing a speaker of water or dust) will be achieved.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability is not excludable under applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or our apps will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to use the app in question in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for our currently free apps, is zero).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of our apps, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any right of a third party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. App-specific terms
Some apps have terms specific to what they do, in addition to the general terms above:
Speaker Cleaner — the app plays audio patterns designed to help dislodge water and debris from speaker openings. It is a best-effort tool, not a certified repair or waterproofing product, and it is not a substitute for manufacturer or professional repair advice. We make no guarantee that any specific cleaning cycle will resolve muffled sound, restore full functionality, or prevent further damage, and we are not responsible for water or physical damage that predates, coincides with, or occurs independently of using the app. Playing audio at high volume is inherent to how the app works; you are responsible for using a volume level you're comfortable with and for the condition of your own device. The app may offer one or more paid Subscription plans, which may be required to use some or all of the app's features (see Section 4 above for how billing, renewal and cancellation work for any such plan); exactly which features are free, if any, and which require a plan is always shown on the app's own purchase screen.
13. Export compliance
Our apps may be subject to export control laws and regulations, including those of the jurisdiction in which we operate. By using our apps, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident or national of, any country subject to a comprehensive embargo, and that you are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14. Changes to our apps
We may update, change, add to, or discontinue features of any app at any time as new versions are released through the App Store, without prior notice, and we are under no obligation to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.
15. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. We may restrict, suspend or terminate the availability of an app to you (for example, by no longer distributing it) at any time, for any reason, without liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app from your device.
16. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise for your jurisdiction. Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at the address below so we can try to resolve the issue informally; most concerns can be resolved this way faster than through formal proceedings.
17. General provisions
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision here is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with Apple's Standard EULA where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our apps.
18. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date above. Continued use of any of our apps after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
